There were 3 days of festival activity at Leeds City Museum on the 9th, 10th and 11th September 2021

 

Festival goers tried Irish singing, learned to play a ukulele, sampled a Tai Chi or Yoga session or strutted their stuff on the catwalk - there really was something for everyone. A marketplace gave organisations from across Leeds a chance to showcase the fabulous range of activities that are available for older people and promote Leeds as the best city to grow old in. The 3 days had a grand finale of an uplifting catwalk performance from our delivery partner Yorkshire Dance as older people strutted their stuff and celebrated being Age Proud!
